Victor Monroy was born in San Diego California on September 3rd, 1993. At at the age of 16, Victor was hoping to Start a football career but that was short lived after tearing his ACL and MCL. When Victor turned 20 years and having realized he has no football career in his future he turned to acting. That year Victor signed up to Second City LA, living in Provo Utah he has worked on several different projects.
